How Fundraising Works.

It's easy. We can show you how.

  1. Set a goal.
    1. What is your fundraising goal?
    2. How much money do you need, total, to accomplish this goal?
    3. Set the Fair Share: Based on the total amount of money you need, set a per-person Fair Share goal. Each person selling needs to set the Fair Share as their personal selling goal. 
  2. Register your fundraiser.
    1. Fill out our contact form or call our Customer Service Center at (855) 246-4858 Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET.
    2. We will guide you through the entire process. You will select the Brand Name fundraiser you'd like to run, and we will send you order forms and brochures to get going, as well as set up your fundraiser in our Fundraising Manager website, where you can track progress of your fundraiser.
  3.  SELL!
    1. We recommend actively selling for 2-3 weeks. During this time, your Sellers collect their orders and payment. As customers place their orders, ask your Sellers to collect payment by cash or check made payable to your organization. To get the most out of your fundraiser, be sure to take advantage of sales tools and tips. Set a mid-point check-in date and remind sellers why they are selling - the ultimate goal (uniforms, travel, equipment, etc.).
  4. Place your order.
    1. We suggest allowing one week to collect Order Forms from your Sellers, gather any late orders, and tally the number of products. Once your order is placed, close the sale. Accepting late orders after will not improve the sale and may delay delivery
  5. Making Payment.
    1. Payment for your group/organization’s fundraiser is due at delivery.  The delivery driver will accept payment in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. School checks will also be accepted. Delivery drivers cannot accept cash, organization/personal/starter checks or credit cards
  6. Accepting Delivery.
    1. Your order will be delivered directly to your group/organization in a refrigerated truck. To ensure a quick and smooth delivery, be sure to have your delivery in an accessible area, avoiding stairs whenever possible.  Enlist one volunteer helper for every 100 items sold to ensure sorting and distributing your orders goes smoothly.  Schedule your pick-up time 1-3 hours after your delivery time to allow enough time to unload, count and sort orders.
